The gasket

To get a good turn, a number of things that are pretty good to think about before going away. Here I describe what I usually try to get with me. Divided into clothing , equipment and food box . Many are already aware of this, and the information is easy to locate. You should dress in layers and all that. But here I write a little about what I personally think is sensible to take along.

CLOTHING

A good rule is to prefer to dress a little better than you'd think the occasion demands. Just as it is inconvenient to get to simply dressed for a party it is uncomfortable to be for simply dressed in nature - but in a purely physical sense. As you dress in layers so it's easy to adapt when you come out and notice that it's time to pick off anything. There is in my opinion no greater need for overly expensive clothes if you go out on a half-day trips when the weather is nice. While I have no good experience with the cheapest garments. But buying clothes that are made to be worn in the woods is a good investment.

Equipment

Spending time in nature can always offer something unexpected. Being well equipped is important. It's about being able to handle the situations that can arise - and to get the most out of turn.

Food box

Food never tastes as good as in the wild. A cheese sandwich and some hot chocolate on a cold day will make anyone happy. Or a good pasta salad in a sunny glade, with some good cider. In nature, most things right. But here are some practical meals to take with them. All going to pack themselves in a simple manner and carry around in a backpack.
