Food never tastes as good as in the wild. A cheese sandwich and some hot chocolate on a cold day will make anyone happy. Or a good pasta salad in a sunny glade, with some good cider. In nature, most things right. But here are some practical meals to take with them. All going to pack themselves in a simple manner and carry around in a backpack.
Naturally
you take a thermos with some coffee or tea, or some other good. In summer the cider good. One tip is to mix the powder coffee out on the spot. Then, they only with hot water. There are both espresso and cappuccino that tastes ok, and that makes it feel more luxurious.
Do not forget to bring a good bag to stop the rubbish and unwashed cups and other things in. In order to keep food cold, it works perfect to wrap it in a newspaper with an ice pack. For those who do not want to incur the inconvenience of their own food, there are plenty of places to eat throughout the region, but you should be controlled so that the proposed restaurant is open so you do not need to look for food on hungry stomach. This applies especially outside the tourist season.
Fruits
What to bring fruit is perfect to fill in with some energy when you take a little break.
A well stocked bagel saturates sharply. Bagelbröd can be purchased in most bakeries. You make them at home and trick to get them really good is to spare no creamcheesen and have in some vegetables. My favorite is made with salmon, cream cheese, chives, arugula and tomatoes.
The bre a baguette is simple and can usually fix the stuff you have in the fridge. But if you treat themselves to such a räkbaguette pretty easy to fix. A little shrimp salad, lettuce, cucumber, tomato and a little shrimp, a slice of lemon and a little dill to garnish. My personal favorite is probably still a sandwich made with Brie and salami with a little lettuce, tomato and arugula.
A pasta salad requires a bit more preparation because you have to have cold cooked pasta on hand. At most filling stations, they have a pretty good range of pasta salads if you do not feel or have time to fix it yourself. If you have pasta the day before and plan to go out it's easy to cook a little extra.
